After completion, a short Class Time (called Skills Session)
Skills Session time: approximately 45 min - 1 hour

Blended
I hear you, scheduling First Aid training for the workplace is like herding cats.
If someone misses the Classroom date, I’ll send them a Blended course and meet with them for their Skills Session. Likewise, if there are absentees for a Skills Session, I will meet with them to complete their certification.
